The FCI ST110 Thermal Mass Flow Meter is a high-performance insertion thermal mass flow meter specifically designed for applications requiring accurate gas flow measurement with the ability to perform functional verification and calibration checking directly in the process line.
Based on the proven ST100 platform, the ST110 is uniquely designed to allow “in-situ” calibration verification without removing the sensor from the pipeline, making it particularly well suited to emissions monitoring, carbon reporting and critical industrial gas measurement applications.
The ST110 features an integrated internal purge tube running the full length of the sensor assembly. This allows operators to generate a known reference flow across the sensing element while installed, enabling direct comparison against the original factory calibration data and baseline test certificate.
This capability provides major operational and compliance advantages where flow meter verification is required without interrupting the process or removing instrumentation from service.
The ST110 is widely used in:
- European Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) applications
- Carbon reporting and compliance systems
- Industrial flare gas monitoring
- Combustion air flow measurement
- Refinery and petrochemical gas measurement
- Hazardous area process applications
Using advanced thermal dispersion technology, the ST110 provides direct gas mass flow measurement without requiring pressure or temperature compensation.
Its robust industrial design supports operation in some of the most demanding process conditions, including high temperatures, hazardous areas and mixed hydrocarbon gas streams.
