ST102 Mass Flow Meter

A dual-element insertion thermal mass flow meter developed for large pipes, ducts and installations with poor flow profiles.

The FCI ST102 Thermal Mass Flow Meter is a high-performance dual-sensor thermal mass flow meter designed specifically for large diameter pipes, ducts and industrial gas flow applications where flow profiles are irregular or insufficient straight pipe lengths are available.

Based on the proven ST100 platform, the ST102 uses two independent sensing points connected to a single transmitter to create an averaged flow measurement, significantly improving measurement accuracy in difficult installation conditions.

In many industrial applications, large pipework and ducting systems contain elbows, dampers, fans, valves or process equipment close to the measurement location. These create turbulent and uneven flow profiles which can negatively impact the performance of conventional single-point flow meters.

The ST102 is specifically designed to overcome these challenges.

By averaging flow readings from two separate sensor locations, the ST102 provides far more stable and representative flow measurement across distorted flow profiles, making it ideal for demanding industrial gas applications.
