The FS10i Flow Switch / Monitor is a versatile, programmable thermal flow instrument designed for reliable flow monitoring across a wide range of gas and liquid applications. Suitable for use in everything from compressed air systems and lube oil circuits to HVAC ducts and process lines, it provides both switching and visual indication of flow conditions.
The FS10i features a fully programmable interface, allowing users to configure trip points and operating parameters via PC or laptop. Its integrated LED display array provides a clear, real-time visual indication of flow range, with flashing alerts when set points are reached, enabling quick and easy on-site monitoring.
Designed for flexibility, the FS10i is suitable for pipe sizes from ¼″ to 12″, with multiple sensor lengths and insertion options available to suit different installation requirements. The sensor can be installed using a compression fitting, allowing live insertion and removal through a ball valve, helping reduce downtime during maintenance or adjustment.
With no moving parts, the FS10i offers long-term reliability and low maintenance requirements. It is also available with ATEX certification and SIL2 compliance, making it suitable for hazardous areas and safety-related applications where dependable performance is essential.
