The AwiEco Biogas Analyser is a compact, cost-effective solution designed for reliable single-point gas analysis in anaerobic digestion and biogas applications. Online gas analysis plays a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of AD plants, and the AwiEco provides a simple and dependable way to monitor key gas concentrations.
Part of the Awite range, which has a proven track record with hundreds of installations across AD plants throughout Europe, the AwiEco combines robust industrial design with straightforward operation. It is specifically designed for applications where a single measurement point is required, offering an economical entry point into continuous biogas monitoring.
The analyser measures CH₄ and CO₂, providing essential data for process monitoring and performance assessment. It can perform up to 50 measurements per day, giving operators regular insight into gas composition without the complexity of multi-channel systems.
Housed in a compact IP54-rated enclosure, the AwiEco is built for industrial environments while remaining easy to install and operate. It features standard 4-20mA analogue outputs for integration into control systems, along with optional USB connectivity for data access and configuration.
