VIP Flow Conditioner (Insertion Panel)
Insertion panel flow conditioner designed to eliminate flow disturbances and deliver accurate, repeatable flow measurement with minimal installation requirements.
The VIP Flow Conditioner is designed to eliminate flow profile distortions caused by upstream disturbances such as elbows, valves, blowers and compressors.
Using Vortab’s patented tab-type conditioning technology, the VIP produces a swirl-free, symmetric and repeatable flow profile, allowing flow meters to operate at their specified accuracy even in challenging installations.
Unlike traditional conditioning methods, the VIP can achieve this performance with minimal straight pipe requirements and very low pressure drop, making it ideal for retrofit applications where space is limited.
