ST50 Mass Flow Meter

A general-purpose, low-cost insertion thermal mass flow meter ideally suited to compressed air measurement in pipe sizes above 1½”.

Easy to install and designed for live insertion and removal with a standard full-bore ball valve.

The FCI ST50 Thermal Mass Flow Meter is a compact, inline thermal mass flow meter designed for accurate and economical gas flow measurement in smaller pipe sizes and industrial process applications.

Using proven thermal dispersion technology, the ST50 measures gas mass flow directly without requiring additional pressure or temperature compensation, providing reliable and repeatable performance across a wide range of process conditions.

Its fully integrated inline design makes the ST50 particularly well suited to clean gas applications where installation simplicity, compact footprint and dependable low-flow measurement are important.

The ST50 is commonly used for:

  • Compressed air monitoring
  • Nitrogen flow measurement
  • Oxygen flow measurement
  • Process gas monitoring
  • Instrument air systems
  • OEM and skid-mounted systems

Designed with no moving parts, the ST50 offers long-term reliability with minimal maintenance requirements, making it an ideal alternative to traditional mechanical flow technologies.

The meter provides excellent sensitivity at low flow rates while maintaining stable performance across varying operating conditions.
