The FLT93B Flow Switch is a cost-effective, general-purpose thermal flow switch designed for reliable flow and no-flow detection in both liquid and gas applications. Available ex-stock, it provides a practical solution where dependable switching performance is required without the need for complex configuration.
Using thermal dispersion technology, the FLT93B offers reliable operation with no moving parts, helping reduce maintenance requirements and improve long-term durability in industrial environments. It is commonly used for applications such as pump protection, fan failure detection and basic process monitoring, where simple and dependable flow indication is essential.
The switch features a compact and robust design with 316 stainless steel wetted parts, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial duties. With fully adjustable alarm set points, users can tailor the switching response to suit their application requirements.
The FLT93B is also available with ATEX certification and SIL2 rating, making it suitable for hazardous areas and safety-related applications where a cost-effective and readily available solution is required.
