FS10A Analyser Flow Switch / Monitor

A compact, ultra-low flow switch designed for analyser systems and sampling applications.

Ideal alternative to rotameters, with LED indication, in-situ calibration and reliable performance for gas and liquid monitoring.

The FS10A Analyser Flow Switch / Monitor is a compact, high-sensitivity thermal flow instrument designed specifically for process analyser systems, providing reliable detection of ultra-low gas and liquid flow rates.

It is ideally suited for installation within analyser panels and sampling systems, with the ability to integrate directly into standard Tee configurations or SP76 (NeSSI) modular manifolds. This makes it a practical and efficient solution for modern analyser systems where space, accuracy and reliability are critical.

The FS10A offers ultra-low flow detection capability, making it a strong alternative to traditional rotameters. It provides accurate and repeatable flow indication without moving parts, helping to improve reliability and reduce maintenance requirements in sensitive applications.

The unit features a 10-segment LED display for clear visual indication of flow conditions, along with multiple output options including 4–20mA and relay outputs for integration into control systems. It can be calibrated in situ and adjusted via push buttons on the housing, allowing easy setup and maintenance without removing the instrument.

With robust construction and material options including 316 stainless steel and Hastelloy, the FS10A is suitable for demanding environments and is available with ATEX Zone 1 & 2 certification and SIL2 rating, supporting use in hazardous and safety-related applications.

Where precise low-flow detection is required within analyser systems, the FS10A provides a compact and reliable solution.
