The AwiFlex Multi-Channel Biogas Analyser is a flexible, application-led solution designed for accurate and reliable gas analysis across biogas and biomethane systems. Built to support more complex installations, it can be configured to suit a wide range of applications, from anaerobic digestion through to gas upgrading and process optimisation.
The AwiFlex can sequentially sample from up to five different measurement points, providing operators with a clear and consistent view of gas composition across key stages of the process. This makes it particularly valuable where monitoring multiple locations is essential for performance, control and compliance.
A key feature of the system is its ability to directly control air injection for microbial desulphurisation, helping optimise H₂S reduction and improve overall process efficiency. The analyser is equipped with an industrial touch-screen interface, offering real-time gas concentration display, historical data logging and intuitive system control.
Designed for reliability in demanding environments, the AwiFlex includes internal leak monitoring and automatic H₂S overload detection as standard, helping protect both the instrument and the process. It also supports a wide range of communication protocols, making integration with existing control systems straightforward.
Typical measurement gases include CH₄, CO₂, O₂, H₂S and H₂, providing comprehensive insight into biogas composition and supporting efficient plant operation.
