The AwiFlex XL Multi-Channel Biogas Analyser is a high-capacity gas analysis solution designed for larger and more complex biogas and biomethane installations. It builds on the flexibility of the AwiFlex platform, offering increased scalability, expanded measurement capability and enhanced performance for sites requiring more comprehensive monitoring.
The AwiFlex XL can sequentially sample from a greater number of measurement points, making it ideal for facilities where multiple stages of the process need to be monitored simultaneously. This includes applications such as multi-digester sites, gas upgrading systems and larger AD plants, where visibility across the entire system is critical for control and optimisation.
Like the AwiFlex, the XL version supports direct control of air injection for microbial desulphurisation, helping to optimise H₂S removal and improve overall process efficiency. The system features an industrial touch-screen interface, providing clear visualisation of gas concentrations, historical data logging and full system control.
Designed for demanding environments, the AwiFlex XL includes internal leak monitoring and automatic H₂S overload detection as standard, along with robust industrial construction for long-term reliability. It also offers extensive communication options, allowing seamless integration into plant control systems and SCADA environments.
Typical measurement gases include CH₄, CO₂, O₂, H₂S and H₂, delivering comprehensive gas analysis across larger and more complex biogas operations.
