The FLT93L Flow Switch is a highly sensitive inline flow switch designed for detecting ultra-low flow conditions in both liquid and gas applications. It is particularly well suited to critical duties such as dosing systems, leak detection and low-flow monitoring, where early and reliable detection is essential.
The unit features an all-welded Schedule 80 pipe section, providing a robust and durable inline installation suitable for demanding industrial environments. Its thermal dispersion sensing technology allows accurate detection of very low flow rates, making it an ideal solution where conventional flow switches may not perform reliably.
The FLT93L can be configured to suit a wide range of applications, with options for different materials, process connections and flow ranges. Wetted parts are available in materials such as 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy and Titanium, allowing compatibility with corrosive or aggressive media.
Designed for flexibility and reliability, the switch includes a fully adjustable alarm set point, enabling precise control over trip conditions. It is also available with ATEX certification and SIL2 rating, making it suitable for hazardous areas and safety-related applications.
